How do you intend to pay?
First time customers using a credit card need to follow the three steps list below to establish a ZoneFreeDVD account.
First time customers using a Credit Card
We offer a number of methods os paying for your order at ZoneFreeDVD. If you wish to pay using a credit card you will need to follow the three steps listed below.
Important, all first time customers using credit cards must complete 3 steps :
1. FAX A COPY OF THEIR CREDIT CARD AND BANK STATEMENT to 404 352 1970
We must be able to see the numbers on the credit card and the billing address on the bank statement. Please note we can only ship to the billing address which is on the bank statement. (you may cover up any personal details if desired)
2. Write on the FAX :
I (your name) authorize ZoneFreeDVD Inc to charge my credit card for the delivery of (whatever you ordered)

3. Place the order online or by fax
ONLINE - Completing our secure online order form. This is the easiest and fastest method, we will confirm your order within 24 hours, usually much less, with the order number and tracking number if the goods have already been dispatched.
FAX - please fax your order including: the product you wish to order, your address, telephone & e-mail address and fax it to 404 352 1970, we will e-mail or call order conformation upon receipt of your fax order.

Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A:We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discover credit cards.

Q: Can I Wire the money to ZoneFreeDVD?
A: Yes, we do accept bank wires, please e-mail us for the bank information. You will also need to place an online order and state in the payment options that you are wiring the money. This will ensure prompt dispatch of your order once we receive the incoming wire.
Q: Do you accept checks.
A: We accept both cashiers' checks and money orders. Please print out our order form and include a cashiers check or money order made payable to ZoneFreeDVD. Please send all checks to: ZoneFreeDVD orders, 2135 Defoor Hills RD, Suite F, Atlanta, GA, 30318
If you wish you have an e-mail confirmation with your FED-EX or UPS tracking number please do not forget to include your e-mail address on the order form.
Price Discounts
We offer a price discount of 3 % on the purchase of your second item from ZoneFreeDVD. You will also receive a 50% discount on the shipping cost of the second item. The 3% discount is offered on the cheaper of the products you order.
Product Availability
Q: How do I know if you have an item in stock?
A: Though we take every measure to only advertise what we have available in stock we occasionally run out of certain high demand products. We will notify you should this happen and give you the option of reserving or cancelling your order. .
The easiest way to check product availability is to call one of our sales representatives at (404) 352 0007. We will be able to tell you if we can ship the product you are interested in immediately. You may also e-mail our sales department to check for product availability.
Q: Do you sell 240V DVD Players?
A: The DVD Players we sell all work on 110V, we can however provide you with a power converter which will enable you to use any US DVD player.
Q Do I need a NTSC TV?
A: All the DVD players we sell only work on NTSC TVs so you will need a TV that can play NTSC. Please note that most TVs in Europe younger than 5 years old can play NTSC, the best way to check is to call your TVs manufacture.
Shipping Methods
Q: How do you ship the goods?
ZoneFreeDVD ships all international orders using FED-EX International which is one of the fastest shipping services available worldwide. We will e-mail your tracking number via e-mail with specific internet addresses for order tracking. Normally we ship all orders placed before 11AM EST that same day.

Q: Do you ship items to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, please select USPS shipment on the online order form, we will ship your goods by the USPS.
Q: Do I have to pay Import duties?
A: Typically FED-EX will mail you a bill for any duties and taxes about 2 weeks after you receive your goods. The customer is held responsible for any of these charges, if for any reason ZoneFreeDVD receives the bill we will charge your credit card for the price of the taxes and duties and send you a copy of the bill.
Returns Procedure
Q: What are your Returns Procedures ?
A:If your product is defective in any way please call us at (404) 352 0007 for an RMA number. Defective goods will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product. All defective returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt, all non defective returns must be returned within 14 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
ZoneFreeDVD will pay for the shipping of a new/repaired product to the customer, like all other major online stores ZoneFreeDVD requires that customers pay for the shipping of the faulty player back to ZoneFreeDVD.
All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with ALL contents included, any products with the warrantee card completed or goods not in their original packaging will be refused. If you prefer, we can apply a full refund, excluding the shipping and handling charges. ZoneFreeDVD Inc is not responsible for the shipping charges on any international returns. In order to issue the RMA we need:
1. Your name and daytime telephone number
2. Your e-mail address
3. The product title being returned
All returns must include:
All returns must be in a resalable condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cables, cartons and documentation, registration and warranty materials, and like-new condition of the merchandise and packaging materials.
- an uncompleted warranty card,
- Cables,
- Remote controls,
- an RMA number
Do not write the RMA number on the box. This makes it non-resalable and you will be charged for replacing the box. Please display the number on the shipping label.
Please note that all Panasonic DVD players must be returned directly back to Panasonic.
Q: What if I don't like the product and want a refund?
A: All returns of non-faulty goods are subject to a 15% re stocking fee (We have to sell used products at a 15-25% reduction). The customer is held responsible for any shipping charges. A RMA must be requested before you ship the goods back and the goods must be boxed in the original box with all cables, manuals and unfilled warranty cards before a return can be credited.
Q: Can I cancel my order if it has been shipped but I have not received it?
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. This is to cover the shipping costs back to ZoneFreeDVD and the cost of charging your credit card (3% to charge it and 3% to credit it back).Shopping Basket Errors
ZoneFreeDVD has tried very hard to make the information and calculations presented by the shopping basket system to be as accurate as possible. We cannot, however, be held responsible for minor typographical errors which may result in a false invoice total. ZoneFreeDVD will not honor prices given as a result of typographical or system errors.
