Q: Can I Wire the money to ZoneFreeDVD?
A: Yes, we do accept bank wires, please e-mail us for the bank information. You will also need to place an online order and state in the payment options that you are wiring the money. This will ensure prompt dispatch of your order once we receive the incoming wire.
Q: Do you accept checks and COD.
A: We accept both cashers checks and money orders. Please print out our order form and include a cashiers check or money order made payable to ZoneFreeDVD.

A: We only charge Georgia Residents 7% sale tax.
Q: How do I know if you have an item in stock?
A: Though we take every measure to only advertise what we have available in stock we occasionally run out of certain high demand products. We will notify you should this happen and give you the option of reserving or canceling your order. .
The easiest way to check product availability is to call one of our sales representatives at 1 800 260 1422 They will be able to tell you if we can ship the product you are interested in immediately. You may also e-mail sales@ZoneFreeDVD.com and ask our e-mail team for product availability.
We offer a price discount of 3 % on the purchase of your second item from ZoneFreeDVD.
You will also receive a 50% discount on the shipping cost of the second item.
The 3% discount is offered on the cheaper of the products you order.
Q: How do you ship the goods?
A ZoneFreeDVD offers Overnight, 2nd Day and UPS ground shipping, this way you can choose from delivery methods that matches your need and costs. We will e-mail your tracking number via e-mail with specific internet addresses for order tracking. Normally we ship all orders placed before 11AM EST that same day.

Q: Do you ship items to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, please select UPS ground shipment on the online order form, we will ship your goods by the USPS.
Q: Can I have my order shipped to another address other than my credit card billing address
A: Yes, we can do this but we do require that you take two minutes of your time and call your credit card company customer service number. (You can normal get the number on the back of the credit card)
You must ask them to:
Add your delivery address to the alternate shipping screen
By doing the above will authorize ZoneFreeDVD to ship your products to your alternate shipping address.
Q: Why do I have to do this?
This is a policy which is standard with many other online companies such as Insight and OneCall. This policy helps us fight online crime and keep down costs which we can pass on to the customer with low prices.
Q: What are your Returns Procedures ?
A:If your product is defective in any way please call us at (404) 352-0007 for an RMA number. Defective goods will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product.
All defective returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt, all non defective returns must also be returned within 14 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (TVs are subject to a 22% restocking fee)
In order to speed the repair of some products we have made arrangements for our customers to deal directly with the manufacturer. These products will be identified when you call for an RMA number.
All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with ALL contents included, any products with the warrantee card completed or goods not in their original packaging will be refused. If you prefer, we can apply a full refund, excluding the shipping and handling charges. ZoneFreeDVD Inc is not responsible for the shipping charges on any domestic returns. In order to issue the RMA we need:

3. The product title being returned
All returns must include:
All returns must be in a resalable condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cables, cartons and documentation, registration and warranty materials, and like-new condition of the merchandise and packaging materials.

Do not write the RMA number on the box. This makes it non-resalable and you will be charged for replacing the box. Please display the number on the shipping label.
Q: What if I don't like the product and want a refund?
A: All returns of non-faulty goods are subject to a 15% re stocking fee as we have to sell used products at a 15-25% reduction (All TVs are subject to a 22% restocking fee). The customer is held responsible for any shipping charges. A RMA must be requested before you ship the goods back and the goods must be boxed in the original box with all cables, manuals and unfilled warranty cards before a return can be credited.
Q: Can I cancel my order if it has been shipped but I have not received it?
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. This is to cover the shipping costs back to ZoneFreeDVD and the cost of charging your credit card (3% to charge it and 3% to credit it back).

ZoneFreeDVD has tried very hard to make the information and calculations on the shopping basket to be as accurate as possible, however there may occasionally be minor typographical errors which may result in a false invoice total. For this reason ZoneFreeDVD cannot honor prices which are a result of this.
